Trial and Refund Policy

  • All Trial Services are subject to review and approval before they begin.
  • Any and all funds paid or deposited for new IT services, new managed services, or new related services are not refundable after 14 days.   
  • Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis as long as the client is in good standing (no monies owed).   This will be subject to internal review before a decision will be made.

The Network Pro (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and their employees. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with our services.

We collect general contact information for our clients and their employees, including name, email address, and phone number. We also collect usernames, email addresses, and related information.

We only collect the information that is necessary to provide our services to our clients and support their business. We may use your information to communicate with you, to improve our services, or to send marketing emails.

Information Sharing

We never knowingly share your data with third parties unless it is with law enforcement. We will cooperate with all law enforcement agencies in the USA (Federal, State, City, and County).

Data Security

We take data security seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. We require multi-factor authentication to access your data, and only The Network Pro employees have access on an as-needed basis within our systems.

User Rights

Our clients cannot remove their data without a specific legal requirement to do so.
